Domain Registration/Setup
Once your order is placed, a Gravity Sites team member will be assigned to the project. Within 48 hours the site will be ready to go, and login information/instructions will be e-mailed to you. If specified in your order, ICON Imaging will register your chosen domain name for the chosen number of years. If you already have a domain name, you will have to update the nameservers of your domain to the following: NS1.UNIVERSALHOST.US, NS2.UNIVERSALHOST.US.

Recurring Payments
Your card will automatically be charged every 30 days from the date the original order was placed.
Refunds/Cancellation
Upon cancellation of any of our web packages, a request can be submitted via e-mail in order to have the domain name transferred to your name in order to be used with other hosts. There aren’t any long term contracts, it is just month-to-month payments, so if you want to cancel please contact us at customerservice@gravitysites.com
